ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Roxanna.

I help small business owners who are brilliant at what they do but don’t always feel confident when it comes to sales and marketing. My role is to make things feel simple, achievable, and affordable—so you can focus on what you love, while I help your business grow.

My journey back into self-employment happened quite naturally. When my son was one, I took him to a new soft play café. The owner asked for feedback, and she really valued what I shared. After a few months, she asked me to help her more formally, and from there everything grew by word of mouth. She recommended me, then her friends recommended me, and soon I found myself building a business again.

I bring 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, working with everyone from local businesses to large corporations, as well as running my own digital marketing agency. Alongside that, I have three degrees in psychology, which gives me a deep understanding of human behaviour —something that’s at the heart of effective sales and marketing.

What matters most to me is that my clients feel they’re in safe hands. I care about their businesses as if they were my own. I believe in empowering people—teaching them how to succeed—while also stepping in to take care of the tasks they don’t enjoy or don’t have time for. My ethos is simple: treat others how you’d like to be treated, and always deliver with care, passion, and efficiency.

Being a mum shapes the way I work. My time is precious, so I don’t waste a second—and I bring that same efficiency and care to my clients. I love working with small, local businesses because I know the difference it makes goes beyond profit—it helps families and communities thrive.

I’m Brighton-born and bred, now temporarily in Peacehaven with my parents while raising my little one, before moving back to London where I’ve been for the past six years. My clients often tell me there’s a clear “before and after” of working with me—I help them get unstuck, move forward quickly, and see real results.
